# Forbidden 403 Error

 * I can run the backup with NO issues.
 * When I try to download both files (installer.php and the archive.zip files, I
   get a 403 Forbidden error.
 * Need to fix this problem as it happens every time i create a new blog and then
   try to back it up.

 * This issue may be caused by a file permission configuration on your server. To
   help us investigate further, could you please access your website files using
   a file manager or an FTP client and check the permissions assigned to the backup
   archive and installer.php files?
 * These files can be found in the duplicator backups folder located in \wp-content\
   duplicator-backups under the root directory of your website. In addition, please
   let us know which version of the Duplicator plugin you are currently using.
