For some links it doesn’t work

Hi There,
Thanks, This is the plugin that we need however sometimes it doesn’t work.
for example I need to add some articles from Nature.Like the following that it doesn’t work
https://www.nature.com/articles/s41409-019-0711-1

Or sometimes I get ‘Error – Cookies Turned Off’
Although the cookies are not off! like the following URL:
https://stemcellsjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/stem.3096
