 * As indicated [on the plugin page](http://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-skrill-moneybookers-gateway/),
   PHP 5.3 or later is required. There is currently no plan to make the plugin compatible
   with PHP 5.2 (which is obsolete, anyway).

 * Closing as PHP 5.3 is a requirement for the plugin to work correctly.
