Hi @sarahbrazill, sorry you’re seeing our charming error screen! Have there been any recent changes (security settings, new plugins installed, etc) that might have caused this?
Could you try going into the SSA admin area > Settings, make a change and re-save it? Then see if that fixes the issue?
If not, you could also try our troubleshooting plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/
You’ll want to mark Simply Schedule Appointments as a required plugin. This will deactivate every other plugin temporarily, and if SSA starts working, it will re-enable the others in sets to help you determine which plugin might be conflicting.
Or, if you contact our Pro support team – support@simplyscheduleappointments.com – we’d be happy to take a closer look for you!
Thanks,
Nathan

Could you also please confirm what version of Simply Schedule Appointments you’re running?
Sorry for all the messages, I just noticed I’m actually able to see the booking form at yourdomain.com
/appointments/ So that page where you have it embedded may just be having an issue with caching. If you have a caching plugin enabled, please try flushing the cache as well.
Best,
Nathan
Hi, Nathan.
No new plugins installed; I reached out to my colleague to see if he made any security changes, and he did not.
We’re running SSA 1.1.9.4. Went to the settings, made a change, saved again, same error (cleared the cache and tested in a few browsers).
We use WP Super Cache… and flushing cache was it! Awesome. I really appreciate the fast reply and fix.
