Footer Text Can’t Changed (No Option Available)

I Try to change this text in my Bottom Footer: https://prnt.sc/xf8B8dINNE-b

So, how to change that footer text?.

Hello. Thank you so much for replying me.
I import the AMP setting from my other sites. Previously, I can edit it (from my other sites). But now, I think the column to edit this footer text is disappears (as I show you in my screenshot).
Do you have solution about this problem?
And about you blocked to access, I already turn off Cloudflare WAF. So, you should be able access that page.
