# Footer problems…

 * Looking at my web page on a computer, I am able to read all of the content that
   I entered in the footer 1 location. However, when viewed on a phone, the phone
   and fax number does not show. I should also add I did not use the set boxes to
   enter the phone and fax info, but rather the free text box as when I entered 
   the info in them, nothing appeared even when viewing it on my computer.
 * Any solutions?

 * It looks like the phone number and address are visible on mobile devices on my
   end.

 * Hi Evan,
    Thanks for your reply. I’m wondering what type of device or perhaps
   what type of operating system maybe you are using? I’ve tried with an I-phone
   on Internet Explorer and Chrome? I also changed the widget from the contact info
   widget to a plain text box to see if that would help but unfortunately it did
   not solve the issue. Here’s what it looks like on my end:
