    I can’t seem to fix the footer. As you will see, it is floating really high up, rather than at the bottom of the page. If someone could help me fix this, that would help a lot!!

    Thanks!

    I’m having the same exact problem!!! If some one could help me with this I would appreciate it. I’ve poured over the code until I’m buggy, this is only happening in IE…not in Firefox, OPera or Netscape.

    The first poster needs to check the http://validator.w3.org as there’s some broken code in there.

    While the second post forgot the ‘http://’ bit in their link, I can’t even get the site to load in my browser fully nor will the validator take it.

    cant validate the site, theres UTF something screwing it up. The flashhclock should go, too, if you ask me — that has always been one of the stupidest things Ive seen in flash, we already know what time it is. It’s 10:09 pm for me, I know this from that little clock in my taskbar.

    I guess I am not sure what all this means so I will just have to solve this issue without your help as while I really and truly appreciate the help I have received from here in the past I did not ask you to dis the contents of my page. I think your comment was totally rude and uncalled for.

    Curious – I looked at it in Firefox and IE and it looks the same… Well as much the same as they ever do 🙂

    I think the original poster is suffering from there being a “position:absolute;” in his CSS for the footer DIV.

    IE His footer has <div class=”credits”> and in his CSS he has .credits { position:absolute; /blah blah/ }

    I think that position attribute is the problem, but I may be wrong.

    As to the Illusive Life site, it looks fine both ways. I do notice that the header image is missing. Looks like there should be a “lemony.jpg” in the “images” sub-directory under the theme directory. I get a 404 error when I try to fetch it.

    This is because I changed the layout as I didn’t want a messed up page out there, but I got so loopy from the meds I’m on that I had to stop and go lie down awhile.

    yorokobi – thanks for your attempt to help – I appreciate that.
