  • Hi @salvo722

What would be this website’s URL so that I could check a few things out?

    Thanks!

    Hello @salvo722

Ok, I have looked at the website and the footer is there for sure. It even matches your Customiser screenshot 1:1. See this: https://ibb.co/M5gf7Zw

How does it not appear, more specifically? 🙂

    Thanks.

and i set same menu on homepage static

well i see only the menu on static page .. and you can see ..on website url

    Hello @salvo722

That’s something completely different. These are available menu spaces, and even if you assign a menu to one of them, the menu is not supposed to show up automatically on the front end.

You must use the footer builder to add one of these menu elements to the footer, which I can see that you haven’t done so from the first screenshot you have submitted.

Check out this tutorial: https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/video-tutorials/customization/exploring-the-footer-builder/, to see exactly how to use the footer builder and add/configure elements to it.

    Hope this clears things up!

    Thanks.

HI so if I read correctly I can manage the footer areas only with the pro version?

    Hello @salvo722

No, that wouldn’t be the case. You simply need to drag the menu element to one of your footer rows in order for it to appear. Just assigning the menu set to one of the elements isn’t enough, as the software cannot assume where you’d like the menu element to be placed.

Simply follow the tutorial that I have provided to see exactly how the footer builder works. That should get you going for sure.

    Thanks.
