Footer not centred under blog pages

    I’ve tried to centre the footer section underneath the blog pages (blog, single posts, pages, archives, categories) without success. Is there a simple CSS solution to this? (Or any solution? I have a child theme.) Right now, the footer area sits to the left and that looks bad.
