 * Hello, wondering if I’m missing something, or the following behaviour is intentional
 * I simply want to reference a footer menu, in the footer, but this does not seem
   possible
 * See here: [https://ibb.co/ccVK4VB](https://ibb.co/ccVK4VB)
 * Kindly let me know if/how this can be done?
 * Thanks for an otherwise amazing theme!

 * Hi [@kodame](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kodame/),
 * please try to hit save in the customizer & refresh the page.
 * We register menu locations dynamically based on the customizer settings. We will
   have to refresh the page to make sure the footer menu is properly registered.
 * After that, you should be able to click on the Add Menu link with no issues 🙂
 * Best,
    David

 * Sorry, but this not resolved, let me explain…
 * a) if you look at the image below, you will notice the footer menu cannot be
   selected
 * [https://ibb.co/HB54VRt](https://ibb.co/HB54VRt)
 * b) the reason for this is because the theme appears not to create a menu location,
   see below

 * Yes, I saved and refreshed the page many times

 * Hi [@kodame](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kodame/),
 * I was now able to replicate this. This issue will be fixed with the next release.
 * In the meantime, please try this: Set the Footer Bar to “None” and hit save.
   After refreshing the page, please set it back to 2 column layout. This should
   now properly register the menu locations.
 * There was an issue with the logic we’ve used to register the locations.
 * Thanks for bringing this to my attention! 🙂
 * Best,
    David

 * Thanks for digging into the problem, I was not able to get it working using the
   above workaround, patiently waiting for the next release 😉
