Footer + Menu Gone – I have TWO versions of Essential Grid

    I have a footer that disappeared. It used to show “about me” and “recent blogs” and my instagram feed. Those are no longer showing, but are enabled.

    Also my top menu is no longer appearing the sub menus. I still have the menu’s enabled.

    It happened while I was updating my plugins. I’ve tried deactivating and activating the plugins, but it’s not working.

    I have the Essential Grid Version 2.2.4 and Essential Grid 2.2.1.

    I’m not sure where to begin.

    Troubleshooting Steps:
    1-backup your files and database

    2-install health check plugin.
    deactivate theme and plugins using health check plugin’s troubleshooting mode

    3-reactivate plugins one by one to see if it helps to narrow the source of the problem.
    4-try an alternative theme like twenty sixteen if see if the issue continues

    if you have a duplication of a plugin — figure out the proper one and delete the other. contact plugin support team to confirm latest version.
