Support » Theme: Parabola » Footer is too high (little content)

  • The footer is floating up, up up! I have several pages with only a paragraph or two,and I’ve removed the comments area using custom CSS. The footer wants to mate with the area just below the content. I want the footer to remain at the bottom of the page. Any tips?

Anders, the best thing you can do is create a new thread to discuss it: http://wordpress.org/support/theme/parabola#postform

Hate to tell ya, but it’s not a bug, it’s working as intended and EVERY theme operates like this.

The footer is going to be below your content before it’s at the bottom of the page if you don’t have sidebars, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. If you don’t like it, put in a bunch of line breaks on your page OR put sidebars on your site.

Hi Skulldragon, truth is hard, but helps. As a function it makes sense, just looks ugly on pc screen. I’ll try the sidebars. Thanks!
