  • Hi I am new to this system and I cant figure out where to type a post. All of my website info has disappeared after updating word press. Help would be grea
    tly appreciated

    Hi there, greenherbalcare.

one image in the footer gets weird setting only on one page

It appears you are using Elementor to add that image and Jetpack is lazy loading and resizing the image as well. On that page, the width of that image is set to 126px for some reason while it is 423px on others. A setting is telling the original image to be resized in this instance.

I’d start by inspecting your Elementor’s image widget settings for that specific page.

I understand that Elementor’s templates, when used on multiple pages, do not generally have page specific settings. However, in this instance, there are very specific parameters being set on that page.

Between Elementor and Jetpack, the image width was being set to 126px instead of 423px.

I checked your page again and no longer see the issue on https://www.greenherbalcare.com/learn-more/. You may need to clear your browser’s cache if you still do.

Outside of that, I recommend reaching out to the Elementor community/support if you continue to have issues with this.

I didn’t see your updated message until I responded. Apologies!

Does the issue reappear when you turn it back on? This could be a standalone Jetpack issue but may be a conflict between Elementor and Jetpack — at some point, something is telling the image to be 126px instead of 423px.

At this point, I would advise contacting Elementor or the Elementor community via the links I shared previously.

You could try recreating the footer template and see if it continues to happen. Something is causing the Jetpack Photon Javascript to deliver the image resized via various settings and the CDN version of the image. By inspecting the code and the image URL, you can notice it displays?resize=126%2C126when Photon is turned on.

In addition to the links I shared earlier, Elementor’s GitHub Issues page is available at https://github.com/pojome/elementor/issues/.
