We are not facing this issue at our end.
Kindly try switching to the default themes like twenty-twenty temporarily and see if the issue resolves.
Besides, this plugin has inbuilt support for some themes. If you’re using some other theme, you can see a tab with two methods.
Kindly try switching between the methods and check once again if this resolves the issue.
Also, let us know which theme you’re using so we can check if the issue is reproducible at our end.

Sure I will do as you are told I am using the total theme by hash themes
Hi, indeed if I use the givedn theme it osrts out, nevertheless it destrys the branding of the page, have you got a solution for the hash themes?

We have in-built support for some themes.
As of now, hash themes are not included in the inbuilt theme list. So you would need to get in touch with the theme author only.
