Footer does not look good

Using this theme for http://personalhttpproxy.org and it is very good.
Thanks. One Problem; the footer kind of looks not that good. It is too heavy and if the page content is not much the footer just hangs there in the last 3rd of the screen. Why not making it sticky on the bottom but a lil’ bit less weight? When there is just as much content that the footer is shown a bit, and one scrolls down the footer jumps silly up and down. That makes it look buggy.
