Footer copyright site name

    Hi,
    I’ve just installed this theme on my blog http://www.oliviaontheriviera.com. Looks great except for a couple of glitches:
    1. How can I add my own copyright to the footer: ie copyright 2014 OLIVIA ON THE RIVIERA?
    2. I’ve uploaded my logo as a header but have hidden the site tagline as the font does not match my logo font. I also have to hide the site name because if I don’t it will display. But it means my site has “no name” if that makes sense, can this be resolved? To have a site name but not have it display in the header part? Could this issue be linked to 1 above?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated,
