 * I’ve been trying to edit the footer of the theme but the ones I’m using is all
   in jumbled code. Is there a WP theme editor or creator I can use?

 * the themes I’m trying to use are:
 * Cold Blue, Dyna, Real Grey, MarkTr to name a few. I’m trying to get a simple 
   three column theme with commercial or GNU license but mostly the ones for commercial
   dont have 3 colums.
