Footer Builder: Design Issue with Widget Pos 3

    The error does not occur in Astra Version 3.02 + WP 5.7

    Footer builder issue in Astra Version 3.1.x + WP 5.7
    STR:
    – Open Customizer / Footer Builder
    – Change “Above Footer” to 3 columns
    – Add Widget 1-3 in each column
    – Open widget 1 and 2 design, everything is fine with the design features
    – Open widget 3 -> design features (alignment, title color ec) not accessible, just empty! (same happens to widget pos. 4)
