    1) For your first query, Please add the following CSS code in custom CSS field (Theme dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> General settings -> Custom CSS Field.)

    .scrollup {
        bottom: 20px;
        right: 0;
        left: 0;
        margin: 0 auto;
    }

    2) For your second query, Please look at the screenshot http://prntscr.com/mhqe58 do you want change the color of the pointer button.

    }
