 * there are many ways.
    generally in a child theme. – edit the code of footer.php;–
   create a ‘primary’ menu; – create a ‘social’ menu; – in functions.php, add some
   code based on `add_action( 'twentysixteen_credits', 'child_theme_footer_credit_function')`;–
   use CSS to hide some of the elements ….
 * what exactly are you trying to change?

 * Michael, thanks for caring!
 * I’d like just to remove the ‘proudly made with wp’. I installed a plugin css
   custom and i could add my name e contact there. Even if it is not bad having
   the proudly’ thing there, i’d like to know how to change it. What would be the
   easiest way?
 * Gratitude
