# Foot spacer problem

 * I’m not really sure where to post this question, so I’ll post it here. The spacer
   line that starts my blog footer is far too long and it extends the page due its
   length. How do I change this?

    Remove that.
 * Add this to your css:
 * #footer {
    border-top: 2px solid #9966ff; width:600px; }
 * then adjust to suit ?

   border?

 * Certainly, add
 * `margin: 0 auto;`
 * to the above css. That should do the trick.
