In order to replace the image in the Food&Drink block, you will have to remove it and then add a new one, just like you would do if no image was added in the first place.
To remove the image, please use the “X” symbol in the upper right corner of the image in the Page Builder.

Unfortunately, there is no “X” symbol available on my end. I use Firefox on Ubuntu, up to date. That is why I ended up asking this question – no way to remove picture once set up.
Can you double check, please?

Same applies to Chrome browser = button not visible.
