    Hi guys,

    You’ll be able to see on the normal website version (, that FooBox is working great :).

    Unfortunately on the English version, the lightbox fails to load.

    Would you be able to provide a fix, or give me information to try it myself?

    hey Jack,

    Have you disabled FooBox on all pages except for ones that you select to include?
    That could be why FooBox is not loading on the /en page

    I’ve had a good look around and I can’t find that setting, can you tell me how/where to specify specific pages?

    If you edit the page where FooBox is not loading and look in the sidebar options you’ll see a checkbox with “Exclude FooBox from this page or post? By default, FooBox will be included.”

    Please make sure that’s not checked and let us know if you’re still having the issue.

    Sorry for the slow reply.

    Looking at your page source I can see you running WP Fastest Cache. Caching issues are the #1 reason for our plugins not to have issues.

    Would you please try disabling WP Fastest Cache temporarily and then check your page again in an incognito / secure browser session.

    Please let me know if that makes the difference. If so, then you can tweak the WP Fastest Cache settings – particularly the javascript minimisation and concatenation settings which can cause other javascript to break or be blocked.

    Let me know if that resolves the issue. If not we can try something else.
