Hello I have two sites and if I try Neve I have a font issue.
The new fonts are not displayed.
When customizing they usually show in the preview, but when saving and closing customiztor, the theme simply don´t change any font and remain in default Arial.
    Any clue?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi @yperfre!

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

I changed the font on my test instance and for me it is visible after publishing the page too – screenshot. Does the issue occur only with certain fonts or with all of them? Are you using the default fonts or did you add custom ones? Also, could you please provide us the URL to your site so we can better troubleshoot?

    Thank you!

    Thank you.
Im testing it on 2 differente websites owith 2 different domains.
Disabling cache plugins and most of the others.
And the font selected just resets for no reason.
Im using Neve Google fonts, Impact, Open Sans…

    Any news on this?
    Its just crazy.
I visit the site, click customize, change the font to whatever and it may change ot or not….
most of the times it does, but then when clicking save and closing the customizer leaves the font as it was…
I can´t find any reason TBH
    Thanks
I dont want to be rude but if I can´t carry on with this Ill have to find a new theme, I need to start the project ASAP

    Hi @yperfre!

I tested this on multiple test instances and for me it works as expected, the fonts stay visible after publishing the changes and closing the Customizer. This means the issue occurs only on your end, so it could be caused by a plugin conflict. You could install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, which will deactivate all the plugins you use. Then, you should reactivate the plugins one by one so you will be able to check which one could cause the issue and replace it with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

Deactivating all plugins doesnt change anything at all.
Fonts are not displayed and default arial is loaded.
The health checker plugin is garbage BTW.

Hello there, I have just forced the fonts to be displayed using custom CSS 🙂
    Now I face another issue….
Menu items dont display over the background or the paga image.

    Hello @yperfre!

I’m glad you found a workaround!

For other questions, please open a new topic and provide us the URL to your site and a screenshot highlighting the issue.

    Thank you!

I found that the issue was the Apache mod PAGESPEED.
So if you have it on, turn it off and check again.

It was activated by my hosting provider and basically messed up html, CSS and JavaScript combinations and minifications.
Deactivating the plugin makes both issues to be sorted out.
Neve options in the customizer works fine without adding custom CSS, and menu displays fine as it should.

@yperfre Wonderful, I’m glad everything works properly now! Thanks for letting me know!
