    Hello,

I am using Adobe Fonts via the plugin and have also adjusted all other settings accordingly.
In desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) the fonts are also all displayed correctly, but not on mobile.
Neither in Chrome, nor Firefox or Safari.

What do I have to set/change so that the fonts are also displayed on mobile?

    Thanks!

    Hi @mindkicks,

Could you please let us know which part of your site above that uses Adobe Fonts? Maybe share with us a screenshot pointing to that section.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

    Hi,

so for one I can’t select the plugin regarding Adobe Fonts and I don’t have a purchase key. The plugin is free.
So how should I fill out the form in the best possible way?

    Hi,

I would, but again, I don’t have a license key to enter because the plugin is free.

Honestly, I’m a bit annoyed that this is dragging on forever now. My request was at the beginning of February.

This is the support portal of Astra. Why?
I do not use the Astra theme. I use a PLUGIN regarding Adobe Fonts.

I have now created a ticket there. I really hope that I finally get help here and not be put off again or whatever.

    Hi @mindkicks,

Yes, when the users of our plugins that available on WPorg can’t reach out to us through the first link, we will ask them to get in touch with us through the second link, even though it is not related to Astra.

I notice that one of our support agents has responded to your ticket. Please continue the conversation related to this issue using the ticket. I am going to mark this thread as resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊
