 * Great plugin! However on updating to the latest version the hamburger icon has
   stopped appearing. I’m assuming this is something to do with FontAwesome? You

 * Hi James,
 * The Font assets don’t seem to be loading. Any change you’ve disabled them in 
   the Control Panel by mistake?
 * It’s a bit tough to tell what’s going on with caching/minification enabled. Possibly
   that needs to be cleared as well.
