Fontawesome 404 errors

    I’m not sure if it is new or if I’m just now noticing it in my 404 errors log (and it’s been going on for a while), but after every test visit that I just made to posts with the wpdiscuz plugin on I then immediately see a bunch of fontawesome 404 errors in the log. Any suggestions? My theme also is generating fontawesome 404 errors and I’m waiting to hear back from the theme developer as well — not sure if they are related, or entirely independent. Thank you for any advice.

    Hi drriley,

    Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling admin page and check is there font awesome css loading enabled.

    Disable all caches and do CTRL+F5 before checking.

    The “Disable font awesome css loading” is OFF, so I assume that means that font awesome css loading IS enabled. I have not made any changes to the Wpdisquz settings and it previously worked. I’m thinking it may have something to do with my now using the WP Hide & Security Enhancement plugin. Since installing WP Hide I notice that the WPDiscuz captcha no longer works either — and it used to work fine, so I will have to see if a setting in WP Hide is perhaps interfering with things.
