Hi – I have made several team lists and I am showing them using all the same code just changing the list number (I am using divi as my theme and inserting each list into the exact same type module with all setting exactly the same in each module on the same page). shortcode using is

player_list 728 (just changing the number as necessary)

Some of my lists come out with the team member names bold and styled – others not – http://dtcdancecentral.com/all-star-companyteams/

I have tried recreating the lists to see if all of them will come out bold and styled – but that is not doing it. I am not doing anything to make some show up bold et etc and others not.

Any assistance you could provide in determining how to get all the lists to show up bold and styled would be greatly appreciated.

Oh – and on a side note – is there anyway to make the coach assigned to each team show up at the end of the player list?

    Thanks!

    Hi!

One thing I’d check is your theme files as you are not using our themes

Yes – that one page is (sorry) – I have unlocked that page so you can see exactly what I am referring to.

I am using the Divi Theme. I have the font set in Divi to one particular google font, style, size and color. If I want it changed I have to go into each section and highlight that text and change it with the visual editor. Otherwise it should all show up exactly the same.

That’s what is puzzling about the lists – they should all be showing the same way. Looking at the page they should all be showing up like the teams entitled Sr. Lyrical All Stars & Open Hip Hop All Stars. I do not know why the others are not.

It was working well with Divi – as shown by those 2 lists. Any help figuring out why it is not picking up those settings consistently would be greatly appreciated. I honestly don’t know what to look for in my Divi files. I am not that seasoned yet.

    Thanks.

I wanted to follow up on this – no idea how or why, but if i copy the shortcode form one of the lists that is working and place it in the module & change the list number it works.

    Hi!

Since everything else is similar maybe there is some HTML code being pasted and you aren’t aware of it. Please check what you see when you switch to the Text tab (instead of the visual one) for the main content field and let’s see if there’s any code there setting your fonts

    Kind Regards,

I looked a the text tab and could not find anything that was not supposed to be there. Since I was able to work around it – I am moving on to my email problem with a different plugin. Thanks!
