Which font was it you installed, can you link to a demo page of it?
What happens if you deactivate that plugin?
If it’s caused by the plugin, please post in:
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/font-uploader
Also note that bumping is not allowed here –
http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#No_Bumping
The font is LiberationSans-Regular.ttf, here:
http://www.dafont.com/liberation-sans.font
When deactivating the plugin, everything goes back to normal (text is bolded where it should be). I will try to find a solution in the plugin forum.
But if anyone is familiar with this plugin, and knows any possible solution, please let me know.

Are you using the “liberationSans-Bold.tff” font file for your bold font weights, or are you just specifying “font-weight: bold;
“?
I iust use the bold command (command-b) inside the page edit area.

I don’t know how that plugin works, but can you just upload the “liberationSans-Bold.tff” file like you did the “liberationSans.ttf” file and then apply that to the text you want bold?
