    Hello,

I just want to advise the developer that after I installed this plugin all new uploaded svg became SVG-Type: font/svg (without plugin SVG-Type: image/svg+xml)

This causes some incompatibility with other plugins and the new svgs where not always visible in media library within other plugins (while the old ones are rendered perfectly).

Installing a similar svg plugin I resolved the problem.

    Hello,

It sounds like your theme may implement SVG support in a way that is causing incompatibility. There is a number of ways to allow SVG in the media library and some themes do it in a less desirable way in my opinion.

I may be wrong. But without any specifics of your actual site’s environment, it’s hard to troubleshoot.

Please respond so I can help you work this out.
I don’t feel it’s fair to leave me a 3 star rating without finding the issue.

    Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue. The plugin worked fine when first installed and the two svg files I loaded still display. However I tried to upload a new svg file today to the media library and it shows as font/svg without any xml and fails to display.

    Hi @growth3010,

Please start your own topics as per the forum welcome.

There could be an issue with your SVG file itself, you could have a theme or plugin incompatibility… there is a number of things this could be.

Please try the standard troubleshooting (activate twentyseventeen theme and deactivate all other plugins and test), then start your own thread and provide as much detail as possible in order for me to be able to help you if you still have further issues.

    Hi @adpassion

I have never been able to replicate this issue.
My plugin does not convert SVG files at all, so I’m not too sure what was happening here.

I also noticed you left a 3 star review without allowing me to help you.

Please allow me to help, or give it another try.
I would love to have you consider updating your 3 star review to a 5.
