Font incorrectly shown by Chrome

  • My problem is incorrect rendering of the 2nd line of my logo in Chrome. I am using WordPress v3.5.1 with a child theme based on twentytwelve.

On my blog, the words “Fine Art Plein Air” in the upper left corner display in the cursive Tangerine font when viewed in Firefox (v18.0.2) or IE (v9.0.8112.16421). However, in Chrome (Version 24.0.1312.57 m) they show up in Arial or similar.

Note also that the rendering is correct in all 3 browsers on the home page, so the problem seems to be related to the blog.

Any help to resolve this would be most appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Dave

Not sure if you got this solved, but the Fine Art ยท Plein Air displayed with 'Tangerine' font to me using Chrome Version 24.0.1312.57 m.

When this happends again, clear browser cache, browsers keep cache the first time it loads a webpage, at the time it loads, the font from google might not be available, so it uses fallback font.

Thanks, @paulwpxp. It’s good to know that works somewhere! Unfortunately, clearing cache didn’t help here. The strangest thing to me is that it displays correctly on my other pages. It’s only on the blog page where it is wrong.
