• Dear Forum,

I’m trying to use a custom font in my login through the @font-face declaration and usage in login.css. However, it seems to be ignored.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

    Kind Regards,
    El

  • Do not edit core WordPress files – including .css files.

I don’t understand, why no alter the .css files to style a login page?

Use a plugin such as Theme My Login instead.

    Awesome! Thanks!

Makes sense, I would guess the login.css is replaced on update.

Wow, this is a whole other can that was just opened. Could you suggest any plugins that just allow alteration of all of those CSS core files? There are still unstyled elements coming up from, say, fresh-colors.css.

Most of the admin color programs I see seem to be for changing the theme, not necessarily giving the user CSS access.

You’re last suggestion was so great, I wonder if you know of anything, or if anyone else here knows about a plugin that basically allows the admin to style the CSS core files without styling the actual core files.

    Regards

Found admin-css and am going to give it a try.
