Font Colors in Menu and Footer

    Here is my site, http://phryz.com/blog/ In the menu bar I’m looking to make the nav bar font color white. In the theme option it only changes the color to the fonts in the drop down portion.

    I also want to to change the color of the fonts in the footer. The white fonts shown are html code in the Footer HTML section of the theme, I want the other text to match.
