Before worrying about the colors… you should fix your layout: the footer comes in the wrong place (viewed in FireFox).

So, do I got into the CSS style sheet, find the footer section and cut and paste it below the last code line in the style sheet — right after comments?

And you have structural errors as well.

look specifically for the errors that mention <div> tags
Moshu’s intentions (i believe) and mine arent to get you off track but to suggest that you take care of the structure first, then worry about style. I think we both know from experience thats the way to go.

If you don’t want to correct all those errors – maybe you should just upload a clean, unaltered copy of the theme (and delete this one).

Well, you can always learn how to do it before attempting to mess with files 🙂 – and till then the blog would be functional.
