    I’ve already reached out to Font Awesome support numerous times, but I feel like I;m knocking on something hollow.

    Their Payment Processing setup for the premium version seems broken and is one of the worst I’ve seen in many years on the ‘Net. Not sure what’s going on with their web site, but I just tried two different cards to process my subscription renewal and the only thing that happens when I click the “Pay &79 & Reactivate Plan” is the button blinks. Nothing else. No redirect, no thankyou for renewing, nothing.

    That after being told everything was setup properly after they deactivated my subscription early (due to renew next month), after they had to change my method of payment from Paypal to CC (I deactivated my Paypal subscription for what should be obvious reasons, but there isn’t an way for a user to change their method of payment on their own–their staff has to do that, and a user has to submit a request to them to do so).

    Extremely frustrating to say the least.

    Hi @iamjanco, I’m on the Font Awesome staff team myself. I can assure you that we’re working on resolving the problem with your account.

    Unfortunately, shifting from PayPal to Credit Card on a subscription is one of the strange, tricky cases in our payment processing system. We’ve put a lot of work into making PayPal usage a smoother experience going forward, but it sounds like your situation has landed right in one of the trouble spots.

    Since this issue does not pertain to this WordPress plugin, I’m going to close this support topic. But your other support ticket with Font Awesome is still active and we’re working on it.
