    I downgrade OceanWP to 1.7.1 version and now Icon shows….

    Hello @yessoftmk,

    You should know that it is against the rules to discuss anything but the free themes and plugins, but what you are asking about is not related to any of that.

    So, to resolve the issue with the Font Awesome 5 icons:
    1. Update Ocean Extra to 1.5.19
    2. Update OceanWP theme to 1.7.3
    3. Go to Elementor > Settings > Advanced and set the Load Font Awesome 4 Support to NO
    4. Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Styles, first disable all scripts and save settings, then enable back again and save settings
    5. Clear any website/cloud/browser cache
    6. If any of your icons are missing (not showing at all), that means that the icon ID has changed and you will need to edit that element and choose a “new” icon
    7. If your icons are showing up as squares, it is most likely a plugin conflict and you will need to use custom CSS until the respective plugin developer upgrades to FA 5 as well
    8. If you are using any kind of forms on your website (Subscription, WooCommerce (checkboxes, radio buttons)), add this code to your Custom CSS field in the Customizer:

    form input[type="checkbox"], form input[type="radio"] {
        font-weight: 600;

    9. If you are using Elementor forms and have issues with checkboxes etc, add this CSS code:

    input[type=checkbox]:checked:before {
       font-weight: 600;

    Let us know if this was helpful
