Following_Users showing up as tags on front-end

    @dubelclique

    Hi there,
    Apologies if this has been mentioned, but it’s tag-related, and searching anything related to tags returns a bunch of white noise…

    Anyway, my users following posts in Edit Flow are showing up on tagged to those posts on the front end of my site. Using a custom BuddyPress child theme, this tag call:

    <?php the_tags( '<span class="tags">' . __( 'Tags: ', 'buddypress' ), ', ', '</span>' ); ?>

    turns into this on the front end:

    <a href=http://MYSITE.com/?taxonomy=following_users&term=USERNAME>USERNAME</a>

    (where MYSITE is my domain and USERNAME is the user following the post.)

    Is there any way to hide Edit Flow activity from the global Tag taxonomy?

    Thanks!
