    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Are you able to see the abandoned carts in the recoverable section of the plugin?

    If yes and email not sending then please check if you have set up the SMTP.
    SMTP plugin required to send the emails.

    If there is no abandoned cart showing then it may cause due to disabled cron.
    If you have disabled the wp corn then you need to add external cron from Cpanel.
