"Follow me" plugin and share-buttons

How can I enable people to follow my blog? Do I have to install a plugin for this? In that case, where do I find it? I also want to have “share” button for Facebook, twitter and pinterest. Where and how can I get this? Been looking and reading all day, no results. Installed a share button from Add This but I couldn’t make it work.
