 * Is there a way change this in Follow-buttons?
    Or is this not possible with this
   plugin?

 * You can change the Follow buttons by customizing AddToAny’s [general HTML code](https://www.addtoany.com/buttons/customize/follow_buttons)
   and placing that HTML in a text widget. What are you trying to change exactly?

 * That is what i did, but if my site loading the first time the follow-buttons 
   doesn’t showing. After reloading the page then the buttons showing.
    You’re plugin
   has many good features, and hope that you adding an option in the plugin for 
   adding follow-buttons in the future.
