Follow buttons that hover right

I found follow buttons on a blog (www.cheeseslave.com) that hover on the right side. It’s a sharethis plugin but I can’t figure out how to get that look… Everything on the ShareThis site talks about sharing, not following. Although they have follow buttons in their footer, too!
