 * I’ve noticed that the green hovering Follow button on my blog has disappeared,
   as I had someone contact me and ask how to follow my blog without subscribing
   to email. Not sure how to get it back?

 * What you’re referring to was a feature on WordPress.com. Now that you’ve moved
   to a self-hosted WordPress.org site, you’re using Jetpack for this functionality,
   and Jetpack does not yet have a button like that.
 * Jetpack currently has three options for displaying the subscription feature:
