Folders won't delete

Hello,
I’m using the SP Client Document Manager, and have bought the pro version. One of our users found that when a folder was created, it was made in triplicate for some reason, and they are unable to delete the duplicates, or any of the folders for that matter. When I click the “remove folder” button, the message:
Delete Category?
Are you sure you would like to delete this category? Doing so will remove all files related to this category.Comes up as you might expect, then clicking “delete all items” just take you back to the folder, which remains in existence. I note that it’s possible to access files uploaded to the document manager from the dashboard, but not the folders created in it, so I can’t find another way to do this.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
