    For some months I’ve been using the free version of the ‘Folders’ plugin by PREMIO … for managing files in the Media Library and for grouping pages of the website. The free version allows up to 10 folders, after which you have to move on to the paid-for version.
    It’s a very much appreciated plugin … well done PREMIO.
    Anyway … a couple of days ago it looked like an update to another plugin was causing a conflict with ‘Folders’. Out of courtesy, I advised PREMIO. It wasn’t their update that was the problem so I wasn’t really looking for them to fix anything.
    What can I say …. an almost immediate response and very real support. PREMIO – your customer support is a credit to you. THANK YOU.
