 * Hello,
    I Just download and test the plugin. It seams that all new folder created,
   would be stored like that [http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/new-folder-created/](http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/new-folder-created/)
 * I was wondering if there is a way to store it like this :
    [http://www.mywebsite.com/new-folder-created/](http://www.mywebsite.com/new-folder-created/)?

 * No, all the files in the media library must be stored where the site has been
   configured to store files for the media library. By default, that is in wp-content/
   uploads. That can be changed according to the instructions found on this page,
   [https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php](https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php).
 * You can change the location or name of the uploads folder but you cannot change
   the location of wp-content. Media library Folders would not work correctly if
   this folder name or its location was changed.

 * Thanks Alan for you answer. That was exactly what I wanted to know. That’s so
   a pity it wouldn’t work.
 * Anyway, may we expect a future version of Media Library where we would be able
   to perform that? (so we can for instance have [http://mybesite/myfolder/](http://mybesite/myfolder/))
