FLV Player

hey guys, is there any way to be able to use an flv player like the one on this website in my wordpress blog??? http://www.elevationchurch.org/

just click on the player on the right and it will work. im using the AFC player now but its not as easy to add flv files into my post since upgrading to the new WP version. thanks
