Fluid sizing

Here’s the issue. I have a shopping cart that I use to sell photos. I have embedded it in an iframe on a page. I want the page to automatically size, but if I use 100% for the height, it sizes it to the height of my sidebar. What can I do to get it to size correctly without making it as long as it has to be the whole time?
