    Dear Pop-up Maker Team,

We would like to use Fluent Forms with Popup Maker but find that the integration is not as good as for Contact Form 7.

    1. Link to Your Implementation of Popup Maker

We are currently trialling Popup Maker for our website: [ redundant link removed ]

We have installed Popup Maker and Contact Form 7 on our staging site on the home page:

The implementation of Popup Maker and Fluent Forms is also on our staging site but on this page: /niche-perfume-natural-eau-de-parfum/

    2. Describe what is supposed to happen & what is actually happening.

With the implementation of CF7 within Popup Maker we notice that the popup automatically closes after the successful form submission.

With Fluent Form, this automatic closure of the pop up does not seem to happen. Instead, the user has to manually close the popup.

What do we need to change so that the popup also closes automatically with Fluent Forms?

We look forward to your suggestions.

    With kind regards,

    Pairfum London

    Hello @pairfumlondon

Good day, and thank you for writing in!

Currently, Fluent Forms is not supported by Popup Maker, but the forms will still work in the popup. To achieve an automatic close, you may need to write custom functions and add it to your theme function.php

We have an article that can guide you but you will still need to change the functions script for the after submit functionality of Fluent Forms. You may check it here.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin.
If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/

    Dear @belimperial

Many thanks for your suggestion. It is a good idea to auto close the pop up after a certain time and we can certainly implement this function within our Child Theme’s functions.php file.

How would you change the code snippet to auto-close the pop up after the ‘success’ message from the form plugin we are using? This would be more in line with user behaviour rather than closing the popup automatically after 10 seconds.

Many thanks for your help with this.

    Kind regards,

    Pairfum London

    Hello @pairfumlondon

    Thank you for your reply.

I’m afraid this will fall to customization and it is out of our support scope. I hope you would understand. I would suggest posting your requirement(s) in Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and the likes to find a developer who specializes in hooks and scripts that will help you to do this task.

Please let us know if you have any questions or clarification on this matter.
