    I was told by Fluent Forms that CleanTalk is making my forms not work. Can you please fix this? I want to be able to use those forms on the site. I deactivated Clean Talk and sure enough, that is what was making the forms not to work.

    Here is what they said:

    This seems like another plugin “cleantalk” is conflicting with the Fluent Forms.

    In this case, I recommend you to deactivate this plugin and check the form is working or not.

    Hello @kwd,

    Could you provide us with more details on this issue? When you submit the form, are you getting some kind of error or is there something else going on with your form?

    I can fill the form out, but it will not send. After filling out the information and click submit, it acts like its sending and the page even refreshes but thats it. I know this to be true due to the confirmation notice that should show after sending the form show up on the page and also in the backend FluentForms keeps all entries. There is nothing there.This is all I can tell you. Did you click on the link I added from FluentForms tech support? They show were the issue was. Maybe that can help you troubleshoot? I do not know.

    reCaptcha verification failed, please try again.

    Could you check the form’s settings for the reCaptcha?

    Sorry about that…Recaptcha is now working now. I reactivated Clean Talk in order for us to troubleshoot. I hope you see this soon because I cannot leave it like this on the site with the form not working. I have changed out the email the forms are going to so the client will not get our test emails.

    I tested the form and the page acts not the way it should. However, all my submitted data was recorded in your Anti-Spam Log, the protection is working.

    Please, do the following:
    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the option “Encode contact data” to “Off” → Save Changes.

    Then clear your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.

    It should fix the issue. Did it help?

    I just changed the settings to OFF per your instructions and its still acting the same. So what can I do now? Any other settings I need to change? I did clear out the cache. No data was collected when I tried.

    I am going to reset the form so they can get submissions and turn off your plugin until we can figure out what to do. I’ll revisit this page tomorrow.
