Fluent CRM is the tool we were seeking

I bet I’ve downloaded/installed/signed up for over 200 CRMs over the past few years. Maybe more. One of the things that bothers me is the “success tax” that CRM vendors enforce on users. (The more contacts we integrate… the more people with whom we engage, the more the vendor charges us.) For this reason, I’ve been searching for a CRM that *doesn’t* charge by the contact. The second thing that bothers me is the *user* tax. (The more team members we add, the more it costs – usually per month. Constantly Incessantly.) The third thing that bothers me is – a CRM that has no tagging, or worse yet, no effective list-making. The fourth thing that is unthinkable is a CRM that won’t integrate with a mailing service so I can email contacts for little cost. The fifth and final thing that bothers me is a CRM that just sits there and spins (hourglassing). A CRM should be fast.

Strangely enough, Fluent CRM — built on the WordPress platform of all things — solves all 5 of my pain points! They charge a flat fee, without regard of contacts or users. I can tag, build lists, log interactions, add unlimited custom fields — and guess what: It easily integrates with emailing services and — just *works.* And it does all this in *fast* speed. Seriously. How can this be? How does Fluent do this – and they do all this in WordPress, which means I can design, integrate, and collaborate.

Fluent CRM changed my life. Seriously. It was the tool for which I was searching. Highly recommended.
